"Hey Annalise, stinks to get a review like this, but just wanted you to hear my side of the story. When I took over this agency in September, the previous agency never had you listed as a driver under your 2025 Ford Bronco. That means if there were to be an accident, with you being an undisclosed driver State Farm would have denied your claim and paid $0. You were paying insurance to only have your sister + mom be covered, yes the rate went up when we added a "youthful driver" but the Driver Safe and Save that we discussed is what brought the rate back to what you were originally paying. This was something your mother and me discussed. I was also asked numerous times to commit insurance fraud and remove you from the policy, but I could not do that as that would affect my standing/licensing and my business.

Now, to say you were scammed and saying I refused to cancel your policy really hurts to hear as that is the furthest thing from the truth. You nor your mom ever told me to cancel the policy, I was told that you were probably going to be leaving at renewal in August. I than got an email from you at 11:45 p.m. on a Sunday saying that you have been trying to cancel your policy and then 15 minutes later I got this review. I really wish you would have waited until I had a chance to respond on Monday morning as State Farm can always back date cancellations and we would never refuse a cancellation as my license would be taken away from me.

Annalise, your policy has been backdated and cancelled to your desired date. I am sorry that there was confusion, but once again I am proud of my team for recognizing that we had the wrong coverage on you from the previous agency and we got it corrected. Have a great day!"
